ROASTED CURRY CAULIFLOWER

juice of 1 lemon
5 Tbl. olive oil
1-2 Tbl. curry powder
cayenne
salt
      Whisk in large bowl.

1 cauliflower, broken in small flowerettes
       Toss with mix.  Put in single layer on cookie sheet. 

450 degrees, 25-30 minutes.

Sprinkle with lemon juice; garnish with cilantro.
